Job Description
Position: Sports Operations Manager
Location: JB Sports HUB
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Up to 6:00 PM if required)
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities:Daily supervision and maintenance of the sports ground
- Handling ground and swimming pool bookings
- Collecting academy monthly fees
- Managing tournament entry fee collections
- Processing new admissions
- Monitoring grass and infrastructure-related work
- Managing tour package-related activities
- Preparing and submitting daily revenue reports
💰 Salary & Incentives:₹12,000 per month + Revenue-based incentives (3%–5% on bookings, fees & collections and 10% on grass, infrastructure & tour package-related revenue).
