Team Lead–Hub Operations

Role & Responsibilities:

◾ Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all processes within the facility.

◾ Manage and optimize the handling of 3000+ deliveries on a daily basis, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

◾ Lead and manage a diverse team of 8-10 in-house staff and 70-80 delivery executives, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.

◾ Effectively communicate with team members, clients, and external partners.

◾ Resolve people-related issues and conflicts promptly to maintain team harmony and operational efficiency.

◾ Utilize data analytics tools to monitor business metrics.

Experience Required:

2+Years in First Mile (FM) & Last Mile (LM) Operations
