Tele Counsellor

We are seeking a passionate and result-oriented Tele Counsellor to guide and support prospective students and their families throughout the admissions process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-friendly approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful admissions.

• Counsel students (and parents) about the courses and programs offered.
• Understand student requirements and provide accurate guidance based on interests, eligibility, and career goals.
• Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and online platforms.
• Maintain follow-ups through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure admission closures.
• Assist in organizing admission-related events.
• Maintain accurate student records in CRM or Excel.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets.
• Coordinate with academic and admin departments for smooth onboarding of students.
