Role Overview:

We are looking for female tele-calling executives who are confident, well-spoken, and capable of handling client inquiries related to helicopter rentals. You will play a key role in generating leads, managing bookings, and building strong client relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to incoming inquiries.

Explain helicopter rental services and offerings clearly and persuasively.

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable rental packages.

Generate leads and follow up to convert inquiries into bookings.

Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.

Coordinate with the operations/sales team to schedule and confirm bookings.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional tone at all times.

Requirements:

Only female candidates may apply.

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).

Confident, polite, and professional phone etiquette.

Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools.

Previous experience in tele-calling or customer support preferred but not mandatory.

Ability to learn quickly and work in a team.

 10 AM to 6 PM, 6 days a week
