- 📋 Job Responsibilities Call customers who inquire about dairy machines and cream separators.
- Explain product features, price, and benefits to customers.
- Generate sales by convincing customers over the phone.
- Follow up with interested customers and close sales.
- Maintain customer records and update call details.
- Handle customer questions and provide proper information about products.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team after order confirmation.
- 🎯 Required Skills Good communication skills in English
- Telecalling or telemarketing experience preferred.
- Ability to convince customers and close sales.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / WhatsApp / CRM).
