Job Description

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through research and cold calling.
Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to potential clients, present products/services, and persuade them to make a purchase.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed predetermined sales targets and quotas.
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally and efficiently.
Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders and ensure smooth transactions.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, including calls, feedback, and purchase orders.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
Reporting: Prepare and present monthly sales reports.
Troubleshooting: Help customers with any issues or problems related to their purchases
