Job Description:SmartChaser Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and result-oriented Female Tele Sales Executive to handle telecalling and business development activities from our Agra office. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining products/services to customers, and closing sales over calls.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing leads
• Explain company products and services clearly and professionally
• Generate new business opportunities and follow up on leads
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and sales data
• Build and maintain good customer relationships
• Coordinate with the sales and support team when required
• Requirements:Female candidates only
• Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred
• Experience in tele sales / inside sales / BDE role preferred
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented
• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM is an advantage
