Job Description
GeM & e-Procurement Tender Executive / Tender Manager
(GeM) aur e-Procurement portals par tenders handle kar sake.
Candidate ko Government / PSU / Semi-Government tenders ki poori process ka practical knowledge hona chahiye – Tender search se lekar final submission tak.
GeM Portal & State / Central e-Procurement portals par daily tender search
• Relevant tenders ka analysis & eligibility checking
• Tender document downloading & study
• BOQ, Technical & Commercial bid preparation
• OEM, NSIC, DIC, MSME related documents handling
• Online bid submission (technical + financial)
• Pre-bid queries & corrigendum tracking
• Tender status tracking & result follow-up
• Compliance with GFR, GeM rules & tender conditions

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in GeM & e-Procurement tender filling
• GeM seller account handling ka experience
• Government tender rules & documentation knowledge
• MS Excel, Word, PDF handling
• Detail-oriented & deadline-focused
• Basic understanding of Manufacturing / Trading / OEM bidding
