Job Description
- Manage and grow primary & secondary sales in the assigned territory
- Appoint, develop, and manage dealers and distributors
- Ensure target achievement as per monthly and annual plans
- Conduct market mapping and identify new business opportunities
- Monitor and improve market coverage and product availability
- Implement promotional schemes, pricing strategies, and product launches
- Handle institutional and project sales, if required
- Collect market feedback and analyze competitor activities
- Ensure timely payment collection and control outstanding balances
- Train, guide, and motivate the field sales team
- Maintain daily sales reports, MIS, and CRM updates
