Waiter / Steward

We are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter/Steward to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, take food and drink orders, serve guests in a timely manner, and ensure a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:Greet guests warmly and escort them to their seats.

• Present menus and explain daily specials.
• Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages in a polite and efficient manner.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction.
• Clear tables and reset them promptly for new guests.
• Keep dining area clean and well-organized.
• Assist with beverage service and bar support when needed.
• Address customer requests and resolve issues professionally.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures.
• Skills & Qualifications:Previous experience as a waiter or steward is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and attitude.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Neat and professional appearance.
