About Us:

Placemakers Collective Pvt. Ltd. is an urban placemaking studio working on community well being, landscape, public realm and built environment projects.

Role Overview: We are looking for a 3D Visualizer/Artist with strong drafting, modelling, and detailing skills, capable of independently handling modelling of product, facade, and interior design projects.

This role requires design thinking + technical execution.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. 3D Modelling & Visualization for - Landscape, urban spaces, facades

2. Produce renders/walkthroughs using Lumion or Enscape

3. Support presentations using Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator or similar

4. Coordination with designer in charge

5. Team Support & Mentorship - Guide, assist and review junior architects’/designers with improve 3D visualization skills

6. Coordinate interior + architectural + landscape drawings where required

Required Skills: 

1. AutoCAD (advanced drafting & detailing)

2. SketchUp (clean, organised modelling)

3. Lumion or Enscape, Photoshop

4. Understanding of construction logic

Good to Have: 

1. Revit / BIM exposure

2. Experience in landscape or urban projects

Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience
