🧾 Job Overview-We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Assistant Account Executive to handle daily accounting operations and support inside sales and office-related activities. The role is primarily office-based, with occasional outside work depending on operational requirements.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping and daily accounting data entry
• Preparation and entry of Sales Bills and Purchase Bills
• Managing Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Handling Income Tax, Direct Taxation, and Indirect Tax related work
• Working on Tally ERP (mandatory)
• Performing Bank Reconciliation
• Maintaining stock and inventory records
• Invoice processing and documentation
• Data backup and maintenance of financial records
• Assisting with day-to-day accounting and office operations

🧠 Required Skills

• Tally (mandatory)
• Knowledge of Income Tax, Direct Taxation & Indirect Tax
• Bank reconciliation and invoicing
• Sales and purchase billing
• Stock maintenance
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills
