Account Executive (Accounting)

Role: Account Executive (Experienced Only)

Job Type: Full-time (Office)

• Responsibilities (Full Accounting & Compliance)Handle complete day-to-day accounting: sales, purchase, journal entries, expenses
• Maintain Tally ERP records, ledgers, cash book, bank reconciliation
• Full GST compliance:
• GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B filing
• GST input reconciliation
• Vendor GST verification
• Manage TDS calculation, payment & returns
• Handle taxation compliance, invoice audit, subsidy documentation
• Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, MIS & reconciliation reports
• Coordinate with CA for audits, monthly reviews & statutory filings
• Ensure timely vendor payments, ageing reports & documentation
• Maintain financial discipline and compliance across departments
• RequirementsExperience Required: Minimum 1–2+ years in accounting
• Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP, GST, TDS & taxation
• Must have practical experience in compliance & returns
• Excellent accuracy, documentation & reporting discipline
• Ability to independently manage the entire accounts department
• Qualifications (Mandatory)B.Com (Accounting, Finance, Commerce)
• M.Com (Any specialization)
• Only commerce background candidates accepted

Salary ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

(Based on experience in GST + TDS + compliance)

Work Hours- 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
