Account Executive Cum Dispatch Executive

We are looking for a "Pro Player" in Accounts and Operations to lead our finance and dispatch departments. This is not a simple data-entry job. You will be responsible for end-to-end accounting in Tally Prime, advanced production follow-ups using Excel, and managing the ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) process for our B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities (The "Main Main" Points)

• Full Accounting & Taxation: Handle Tally Prime independently, including Ledger maintenance, Bank Reconciliation, and GST/TDS filings.

• ASN & Dispatch Management: Manage the Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) process perfectly. Ensure electronic dispatch data matches physical stock before the truck leaves the factory.

• Pro-Level Excel Reporting: Maintain daily production and dispatch follow-up programs using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and automated trackers).

• B2B Coordination: Directly communicate with B2B customers and wholesalers to resolve billing issues, payment follow-ups, and dispatch queries.

• Operations Support: Work closely with the dispatch and production teams to ensure "The Program" is followed and orders are shipped on time without errors.
