Accountant

Key Responsibilities:-

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, and journal entries.
• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage petty cash and prepare cash flow statements.
• Support management in budget preparation and cost control analysis.
• Maintain vendor and client ledgers and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry in accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP or similar).
• Required Qualifications & Skills:Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months – 3 years of experience in accounting (preferably in construction or infrastructure sector).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting tools.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation laws.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
