Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage all financial and accounting activities for Pulseit Fitness. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience in handling day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and generate invoices accurately
• Maintain records of sales and expenses
• Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements
• Handle daily accounting entries and bookkeeping
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts
• Manage GST, taxation, and compliance
• Track payments, receivables, and payables
• Maintain proper financial documentation and reports
• Assist in financial planning and budgeting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or similar role
• Knowledge of Tally / Excel / accounting software
• Understanding of GST and basic taxation
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in e-commerce or product-based business
• Basic knowledge of inventory accounting
• Ability to work independently
