Job Title: Accountant (Zoho Books Specialist)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with strong expertise in Zoho Books to manage our day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should be responsible for handling accounting records, payment management, customer loan procedures, and inventory management within Zoho Books. The candidate must be organized, proactive, and comfortable managing financial processes independently.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Zoho Books
• Create and manage invoices, quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders
• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Track and manage customer payments, vendor payments, and reconciliations
• Manage and update inventory records in Zoho Books
• Coordinate and manage customer loan and financing procedures with banks or NBFC partners
• Maintain proper financial documentation and records
• Monitor cash flow and payment follow-ups
• Assist with GST-related documentation and reports
• Ensure accurate financial data and timely updates in Zoho Books
• Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting
• Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Books
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles
• Familiarity with GST, invoicing, and payment reconciliation
• Experience in inventory management within accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial documentation
