We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Female Accountant to manage our financial health. You will be the backbone of our accounts department, ensuring that every invoice is sent, every tax is filed, and—most importantly—every payment is collected on time.
- Key ResponsibilitiesTax Compliance: Accurate calculation and timely filing of GST and TDS returns. Staying updated with the latest statutory changes.
- Invoicing & Billing: Generating professional invoices for clients and ensuring all billable services are accounted for.
- Payment Collection: Actively following up with customers via phone and email to ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues.
- Financial Reporting: Maintaining accurate ledgers, preparing Profit & Loss statements, and managing Balance Sheets.
- Banking & Reconciliation: Managing bank statements, petty cash, and reconciling accounts at the end of every month.
- Software Proficiency: Expert-level handling of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
