Job Title: Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain sales and purchase entries in Tally
• Prepare quotations, invoices, debit/credit notes
• Handle GST entries in Tally (sales, purchases, returns)
• Prepare and assist in GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B basics)
• Manage stock/inventory in Tally (inward, outward, closing stock)
• Maintain ledger accounts, customer & supplier records
• Reconcile GST, sales, purchase, and stock data
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with GST rules

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
• Good knowledge of Tally (with GST module)
• Understanding of GST concepts (CGST, SGST, IGST)
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience in sales, purchase & stock accounting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
