Roles & Responsibilities

Manage complete day-to-day accounting operations — journal entries, ledger posting, and reconciliation.

Handle GST & TDS calculations, filing of returns, and compliance with all statutory requirements.

Maintain bank reconciliation statements, daily cash flow, and vendor/supplier accounts.

Perform purchase, sales, and voucher entries accurately in Tally Prime (mandatory).

Finalize monthly accounts, prepare trial balance, profit & loss account, and balance sheet.

Coordinate with vendors, clients, and auditors for billing, payments, and audit processes.

Manage e-commerce accounting across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy, and Zepto — including commission reconciliation, payout tracking, and invoice matching.

Prepare and maintain records for e-commerce billing, order settlement reports, returns, and debit notes.

Assist management with appointment scheduling, client communication, and account management related to sales and operations.

Communicate professionally via email and phone in English with clients, partners, and auditors.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA (Accounting or Finance specialization preferred).

Experience: 2 years of experience in accounting and taxation, including e-commerce accounting.

Technical Skills (Mandatory):

Tally Prime (non-negotiable)

GST, TDS, voucher & purchase entries, bank reconciliation

E-commerce accounting knowledge – Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto, etc.

Proficiency in MS Excel and reconciliation reports.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills — email correspondence ability is compulsory and non-negotiable.

Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently.

Preferred Industry: FMCG, Beverage, or E-commerce accounting background preferred.

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad.
