Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and experience in accounting practices.

• Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update accounting records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments
• Prepare and analyze financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, etc.)
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
• Ensure timely GST filing, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances
• Manage invoicing, billing, and expense tracking
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
• Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial transactions

Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com/M.Com preferred)

• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation laws
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy, or ERP systems)
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred Requirements:Experience in handling vendor accounts and inventory accounting

• Familiarity with compliance and audit processes
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Salary:As per industry standards (based on experience and skills)
