Job Title: Account Executive

Job Summary:

The Account Executive is responsible for managing client accounts, handling billing and invoicing, maintaining financial records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth financial and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and client accounts
• Prepare invoices, bills, and payment follow-ups
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Handle bank transactions, reconciliations, and petty cash
• Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payments
• Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Work closely with auditors and senior management
• Maintain MIS reports and account summaries

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Experience with Tally, Excel, and accounting software
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and compliance
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience as an Account Executive or similar role
