Job Summary

The Accountant Cum Office Assistant will manage daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, and GST compliance and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning in our spices manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and books of accounts using Tally/Busy
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and vendor bills with proper documentation
• Prepare monthly/quarterly GST returns and reconciliations
• Handle bank statements reconciliation and petty cash management
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
• Assist in payroll processing and employee expense claims
• File and organize financial documents, bills, and office records
• Handle office correspondence, emails, phone calls, and scheduling
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement and maintain inventory records
• Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting for management review
