Accountant Cum Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance Duties:

• Assist in maintaining books of accounts, ledgers, and vouchers
• Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software (Tally/ERP)
• Prepare and verify bills, invoices, and payment vouchers
• Assist in bank reconciliation statements
• Support in GST-related work including data preparation, returns, and compliance
• Maintain records of accounts receivable and payable
• Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements
• Coordinate with auditors and accountants as required

Administrative & Assistant Duties:

• Maintain files, records, and documentation (physical and digital)
• Assist in preparing letters, reports, and basic correspondence
• Support senior staff in office coordination and follow-ups
• Handle data entry and maintain MIS reports
• Assist in tender-related documentation, if required
• Coordinate with vendors, banks, and internal departments
• Qualifications & Skills:B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting (preferred)
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers may apply)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and MS Office
• Familiarity with GST and statutory compliance (preferred)
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under supervision
