Job Description

  • Record and maintain financial transactions:
  • GEM TENDER PARTICIPATIONS
  • This includes tasks like data entry, bookkeeping, and updating ledgers and accounts. 
  • Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and payments:
  • This involves handling accounts payable and receivable, and potentially following up on payments. 
  • Assist with financial reporting:
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, and potentially assisting with audits. 
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash:
  • Ensuring accuracy of financial data and managing cash flow. 
  • Assist with tax filings and statutory compliances:
  • This may include tasks related to GST, TDS, PF, and other relevant regulations. 
  • Manage payroll and employee-related deductions:
  • Calculating and processing salaries, and managing other deductions as required. 
  • Prepare and submit export documents:
  • If the company is involved in exports, this may include submitting necessary documents to the bank. 
  • Coordinate with banks and vendors:
  • This may involve tasks like submitting export documents, making payments, or managing financial transactions with vendors. 

Office Administration:

  • Manage office correspondence: Handling incoming and outgoing emails, letters, and other communications. 
  • Organize and maintain files and records: This includes both physical and digital files. 
  • Manage office supplies and inventory: Ensuring the office has necessary supplies and equipment. 
  • Answer phones and greet visitors: Providing a professional and welcoming front for the office. 
  • Coordinate with other departments: Supporting daily operations and facilitating communication between different teams. 
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars: Providing administrative support to senior management or other staff. 
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace: Ensuring a comfortable and efficient work environment. 
  • Handle Orders and material movement.
  • Transportation and for movement of goods.
