Accountant Cum Office Assistant

🔹 Role Overview:- We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to support our finance department in managing daily accounting tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring accurate financial documentation.

🔸 Key Responsibilities:- Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Expense, JV etc.)

• Handle invoice preparation, bill checking, and voucher entries
• Maintain ledger accounts and reconcile balances
• Support in bank reconciliation & cash handling
• Assist in preparing GST workings, TDS details, and financial reports
• Manage petty cash records
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for payment follow-ups
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounts-related records
• Support senior accountant in monthly closing activities

🔸 Skills & Competencies:- Good knowledge of Tally / ERP software

• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Good MS Excel skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
