Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Accounting: Manage accounts payable/receivable, prepare financial statements, assist with tax filings, and handle payroll.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Admin Duties: Manage office supplies, maintain employee records, and provide HR support.
  • Documentation: Organize financial and administrative documents.
  • Customer/Vendor Relations: Communicate with stakeholders for financial and administrative queries.
  • Qualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CA/CMA/ACCA preferred).
  • Experience: Previous experience in accounting/admin roles.
  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks), Microsoft Office, strong organizational and communication skills.
