Accounts Executive

Job Summary

Heaven Group is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily accounting operations and financial records. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial data, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting financial reporting and budgeting activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain financial records including income, expenses, invoices, and GST filings.

Handle day-to-day accounting operations and perform bank reconciliations.

Assist in budgeting, project cost tracking, and vendor payment processing.

Prepare monthly and yearly financial statements and MIS reports.

Coordinate with auditors, Chartered Accountant (CA), and tax consultants for statutory compliance.

Maintain records of customer payments, outstanding dues, and issue receipts.

Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial transactions.

Support management with financial data and reports when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or relevant field.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GST compliance.

Experience with accounting software (Tally or similar ERP).

Good understanding of MS Excel and financial reporting.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Candidate

Experience in Real Estate / Construction industry will be an advantage.

Ability to manage deadlines and maintain accuracy in financial records.
