👉Day-to-Day Accounting

Preparation and entry of sales & purchase invoices in Tally.

👉Filing and maintenance of daily accounting records.

👉Preparation of Credit Notes (CN) & Debit Notes (DN) and proper filing.

👉Stock maintenance & reconciliation in coordination with operations.

👉Banking & Payments

Recording payment receipts & payments.

👉Bank reconciliation on a regular basis.

👉Online payments to vendors and suppliers.

👉Follow-up for payment collection from debtors.

👉Reconciliation & Compliance

👉Debtors reconciliation and statement confirmation.

Preparation and generation of E-Way Bills & E-Invoice bills.

Preparation of Delivery Challans and related documentation.

👉Personal Account Support

Maintaining timely balance in individual accounts for:

EMIs

Regular investments

Insurance premiums

Support Functions

Assisting senior accountant during audits & filings.

Maintaining organised records for easy verification.

Preferred Skills

Accuracy, discipline & follow-up ability.

Good knowledge of Tally & basic GST processes.

Comfortable with online banking & digital tools.
