Accounts Manager

Job Overview:

Neha TaxCube LLP is looking for a skilled and experienced GST Accountant to join our team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in GST compliance, return filing, reconciliation, and overall accounting related to GST. We follow a department-wise working structure, so the candidate must be responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of independently handling GST-related assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting of Sales & Purchase Invoices
• Preparation and maintenance of GST Reconciliation (Books vs Returns)
• Filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-7
• Handling GST Registration process
• Drafting and submission of GST Notice Replies
• Performing GSTR-2 & GSTR-2A Reconciliation
• Preparation and filing of GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C (Annual Returns & Audit)
• Maintaining proper documentation and compliance records
• Coordination with clients for data collection and clarification
• Handling all other GST-related compliance and departmental work

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of GST laws and compliance
• Hands-on experience in GST return filing and reconciliation
• Good command over accounting software (Tally, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines
• Good communication and drafting skills (for notices & client handling)
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in CA Firm will be an added advantage
• Ability to work independently in a structured environment
• Responsible, disciplined, and committed to deadlines
