Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Accounting & Reporting
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
• Ensure timely preparation and finalization of annual accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors and internal teams for audit completion.
• Statutory Compliance
• Manage compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and Company Law provisions.
• Ensure timely filing of returns, reconciliations, and submissions to statutory authorities.
• Maintain compliance calendars and monitor deadlines to avoid penalties or delays.
• Financial Controls & Analysis
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and processes for financial accuracy.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports, cost analysis, and variance reports for management review.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and working capital requirements.
• Coordination & Communication
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and government authorities as required.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial processes align with business operations.
