Job Description
- Team Leadership & Recruitment: Recruiting, training, and mentoring a team of sales managers or agents. You are responsible for their professional development and daily motivation to ensure high productivity.
- Target Achievement: Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual top-line revenue targets for life, health, or general insurance products.
- Distribution Network Building: Identifying and onboarding new channel partners, such as brokers, agents to expand the company's market footprint.
- Market Intelligence: Monitoring competitor activities, analyzing market trends, and providing local insights to senior management to refine national sales strategies.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensuring all sales practices adhere to strict insurance industry regulations and company guidelines to protect the organization's reputation.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building strong ties with key clients and resolving escalated customer queries or disputes to maintain high retention rates.
