Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to oversee regional sales operations for our electronic security product line, including CCTV, fire detection, burglar/intruder alarms, IoT-based smart security systems, and related accessories.


The ideal candidate should have proven experience in B2B and B2C security solution sales, a strong dealer/distributor network, and a solid understanding of integrated surveillance and protection systems.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand sales for CCTV, fire alarms, intrusion alarms, and smart security solutions across the assigned territory
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and technical briefings to clients and partners.
  • Generate new business leads from industrial, commercial, residential, and institutional segments.
  • Collaborate with marketing for promotions, expos, roadshows, and product launches.
  • Regularly monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.
  • Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure pre- and post-sales support.
  • Maintain and update CRM with client meetings, project status, and pipeline tracking.
  • Ensure payment collections and timely invoicing from clients/dealers.
  • Provide feedback to product and R&D teams regarding customer requirements and market needs.



📚 Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Engineering/Electronics/IT background preferred)
  • 3–7 years of experience in security systems sales (CCTV, fire, alarms, access control)
  • Strong technical understanding of IP cameras, NVRs, intrusion systems, PIR sensors, GSM modules, AI-based security, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting systems
  • Should be willing to travel extensively within assigned territory



💼 Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience working with brands like Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, Texecom, AMC, Ajax, Bosch, Honeywell, etc.
  • Exposure to government tenders, enterprise projects, and system integration models
  • Knowledge of AMC contracts, CMS integration, AI-based alarm solutions, and cloud-based monitoring
