Assistant

Jeeten Construction is seeking a responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy Executive Assistant to support the Director in managing real estate operations and construction site activities. The candidate must be capable of handling both field and office responsibilities and must have driving skills for official work.

• Key Responsibilities:Accompany the Director for site visits and project inspections
• Drive company vehicle for official meetings, site visits, and business work (Valid Driving License mandatory)
• Monitor daily construction site activities and progress
• Coordinate with labour, contractors, and vendors
• Manage material procurement and stock verification
• Handle client meeting coordination and follow-ups
• Support property documentation and agreement processes
• Visit banks, government, and legal offices for official work
• Maintain important documents and bills
• Provide daily operational reporting to the Director
• Requirements:Valid Driving License (2-wheeler & 4-wheeler preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp)
• Knowledge of Real Estate / Construction industry preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Honest, responsible, and professional attitude
• Ability to manage both site and office tasks efficiently
