Job Description
1. Conducting Internal Audit cum Management Audit to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management along with ensuring compliance with various regulatory requirements and accounting standards for Medium to Large size Corporates.
2. Executing statutory audits, tax audits and other special audits as required.
3. International transfer Pricing & Bank Statutory Audits & Stock Audits.
4. Handling Income tax scrutiny assessments
5. Conducting feasibility studies, financial modeling, and risk analysis.
6. Guiding clients on compliance issues related to GST, TDS, and other applicable laws
7. GST Monthly Compliances, GST Departmental Audits & Litigation up to Commissioner Appeals
