AutoCAD Drafter

We are seeking an experienced MEPF / HVAC Draftsman with strong knowledge of AutoCAD 2D & 3D to prepare detailed shop drawings and coordination drawings for HVAC works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare HVAC MEPF drawings including ducting, piping, equipment layouts, and supports.
• Develop 2D & 3D AutoCAD drawings for HVAC systems as per project requirements.
• Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with MEP, architectural, and structural drawings to avoid clashes.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, local codes, and standards.
• Revise drawings based on site conditions, consultant comments, and coordination meetings.
• Assist the project/site team with technical drawing support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems (ducting, chilled water, VRF, ventilation, etc.).
• Working knowledge of MEPF coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Experience in preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Knowledge of BIM tools (Revit MEP) will be an advantage (optional).
