Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Drafter to create detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD software. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineers, architects, or designers to translate conceptual designs into accurate, high-quality drawings that meet project specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare 2D drawings and layouts using AutoCAD based on sketches, specifications, or field notes.

Revise and update existing drawings to reflect design changes or client feedback.

Ensure all drawings meet company and industry standards, accuracy, and quality requirements.

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to resolve design conflicts.

Maintain organized drawing files, project documentation, and version control.

Print, plot, or export drawings in required formats for client submission or construction use.

Conduct basic quantity take-offs or support estimation activities if needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering or related field.

Proficient in AutoCAD (2D and/or 3D). Knowledge of Revit, SolidWorks, or other CAD tools is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.

Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design specifications.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Basic understanding of engineering or architectural principles.

Experience:

3-4 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting.

Experience in a specific industry (e.g., civil, mechanical, architectural, electrical) can be mentioned as per your requirement.
