Job Description
RPA Automation Developer (n8n & Workflow Tools)
Finquest Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced RPA Automation Developer to design and implement end-to-end automation workflows for bookkeeping, data entry, bank reconciliation, and reporting processes. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in n8n, along with other automation and integration tools to eliminate manual work and enhance process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy end-to-end RPA workflows using n8n and additional automation platforms such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), Power Automate, UIPath, or Python scripts.
- Integrate APIs, databases, and accounting tools (Xero / QuickBooks / Zoho / Excel / Google Sheets) to automate data flow and system connectivity.
- Automate repetitive accounting tasks, including transaction processing, bank reconciliation, data entry, and monthly reporting.
- Identify automation opportunities, optimize existing workflows, and improve speed, accuracy, and scalability across accounting operations.
