Designation: Back Office Operations


Job Role:


1. Manage customer Purchase Order with supplier

2. Manage Proforma Invoice (PI) between supplier and customer

3. Manage customer payment / PDC follow-ups

4. Manage dispatch of goods from supplier

5. Manage transport coordination (godown / door delivery)

6. Manage dispatch details (Invoice, LR) and share with customer on email

7. Manage Google Sheet (PO, Invoice, LR, payment details)


Skills Needed:


1. Good follow-up skills

2. Good Excel / Google Sheets knowledge

3. WhatsApp & Email handling
