We are looking for a Back Office Executive (Sales Support) who can communicate with customers, prepare quotations, and coordinate with the sales team. The candidate will handle daily office tasks, follow up for orders and payments, and maintain proper records.
Responsibilities:
• Customer se phone aur email par baat karna
• Quotation banana aur bhejna
• Order aur payment follow-up karna
• Customer details aur records maintain karna
• Excel aur basic computer ka use karna
• Sales team ko office se support dena
• Product details aur prices samajhna
Skills Required:
• Good communication skill (Hindi / English)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel)
• Confident and responsible personality
• Electrical product ka basic knowledge ho to advantage
