Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


* Coordinate with the sales, production, and logistics teams for order processing and timely dispatch.

* Maintain customer records, stock updates, and product data in the system.

* Support the regulatory and marketing team with documentation and data entry.

* Handle offline and online inquiries from clients and distributors.

* Ensure accuracy in reports, documentation, and communication.

* Assist in purchase orders, vendor follow-ups, and payment tracking.

* Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, production, purchase, and logistics for smooth workflow.

* Provide support to the Business Development Manager (BDM) in client follow-ups, quotations, and documentation.
