Back Office Executive

Job Summary:

The Back Office Executive is responsible for handling administrative and operational support related to solar projects. The role includes maintaining records, preparing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and managing government portal work related to solar installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily back office operations and maintain office records.
• Prepare and organize documents related to solar projects.
• Handle National Portal / MNRE (Ministry of New and Renewable Energy) portal work.
• Coordinate with technical teams, sales teams, and management.
• Maintain customer data and project files.
• Assist in documentation for solar installation approvals and submissions.
• Follow up on project status and update records.
• Handle emails, reports, and data entry work.
• Support management with administrative tasks.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain records and documentation properly.
• Knowledge of solar industry portals (MNRE / National Portal) is an advantage.
• Good organizational and multitasking ability.

Qualification:

• Graduate / Diploma in any stream.
• Experience in back office or administrative work preferred.

Experience:

• 1–2 years experience preferred (solar industry experience is an advantage).
