Work Profile


Administrative support: Handle administrative duties, such as taking calls, producing reports, and presentations. 

Data management: Organize, manage, and interpret data. This may include Certification works, analysis, and reporting.

Accounting and finance: Manage records, report financial information, and comply with regulations.

Certifications Works : Handle Audit for Certification, Maintain documents for certification .



Back Office Executive Requirements:


  • Female Candidate Only.
  • Prior Experience in Food Industry or Certifications works, Would be added advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field.
  • Should have previous work experience as an Office Executive.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of financial and accounting software.
