Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day office operations
- Handle branch and agent related issues
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations team
- Maintain records, documents, and data entry
- Handle client queries and follow-ups
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Support management with administrative tasks
- Ensure proper communication between branches/teams
