Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day office operations
  • Handle branch and agent related issues
  • Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations team
  • Maintain records, documents, and data entry
  • Handle client queries and follow-ups
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Support management with administrative tasks
  • Ensure proper communication between branches/teams
