🧾 Job Description:

Fitwel Group of Companies is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage billing operations and distributor coordination across India. The role includes handling billing, supporting sales through product promotion, and ensuring smooth dispatch operations.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Manage billing for existing distributors across PAN India
• Work on pharma billing software (Marg ERP / MonitorPlus preferred)
• Promote new and non-moving products to distributors
• Coordinate with warehouse for order processing & dispatch as per payment terms
• Ensure accuracy in invoices and billing records
• Regular follow-up with distributors for pending or inactive orders (30+ days)
• Maintain proper records of billing, orders, and communication

🎯 Requirements:

• Experience in pharmaceutical billing preferred
• Knowledge of Marg ERP / MonitorPlus is an added advantage
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple distributors and follow-ups

👤 Eligibility:Male / Female

• Graduate (Commerce preferred but not mandatory)
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
