🚀 About the RoleWe are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Executive / BDE to join our growth team. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients (Coaches, Real Estate, E-commerce), understanding their marketing needs, and closing deals for our YouTube & Meta Ads services.

• 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential leads via LinkedIn, Instagram, and cold calling.
• Consultative Selling: Understand the client’s business goals and explain how our organic and paid marketing strategies can scale their brand.
• Follow-ups: Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with interested prospects.
• Closures: Meet monthly revenue targets by converting leads into long-term agency clients.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Growth Team Lead (Tirth) to refine sales scripts and outreach strategies.
• ✅ RequirementsExperience: 1–2 years in Sales or Business Development (Agency experience is a massive plus).
• Communication: Fluent in Hindi & Gujarati; Proficient in English (Ability to explain complex marketing concepts simply).
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Sheets, and social media platforms.
• Mindset: You are a "closer" who thrives on targets and doesn't take 'No' for an answer.
