- We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who can help us find new IT projects and build strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities • Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services.
- Find IT projects through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other online portals.
- Communicate with international and domestic clients to understand project requirements.
- Prepare and submit proposals, project bids, and quotations.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into projects.
- Work closely with the technical team to understand project scope.
- Negotiate project terms and close deals successfully.
- Maintain records of leads and client communication. Required Skills
- Excellent English communication and writing skills
- Basic understanding of IT services (Website, Mobile Apps, Software Development)
- Knowledge of Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn lead generation is a plus
- Strong proposal writing and client communication skills
- Ability to achieve sales and lead generation targets Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. Experience in IT Sales / Business Development preferred. Salary & Benefits
