Job Description
We’re looking for a confident, smart, and enthusiastic Female candidate to join our
ScrapYodha Business Team. Her main role will be to handle social media pages, manage
leads from platforms like Instagram, Facebook, IndiaMART, and Justdial, and convert
those leads into successful business deals. She will also maintain and update our CRM
system and ensure every lead is tracked and followed up properly.
■ Key Responsibilities
• Handle Instagram, Facebook & IndiaMART business accounts.
• Respond to inquiries, cold calls, and convert leads into clients.
• Maintain and update CRM data (follow-ups, lead status, conversion record).
• Coordinate with clients for quotations, deals & meetings.
• Prepare daily lead and follow-up reports.
• Assist management in executing marketing campaigns.
• Build strong communication and relationships with customers.
