Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify leads for business loans, working capital, and structured funding products
- Speak with business owners and understand their funding requirements
- Collect basic client information and documents
- Coordinate with the internal credit and operations team
- Follow up with clients for documentation and updates
- Maintain basic CRM or lead tracking records
- Assist in client onboarding and case progression
- Eligibility & SkillsGraduate in any discipline (MBA or finance background is a plus)
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is an advantage)
- Willingness to learn financial products and advisory processes
- Basic understanding of business finance is preferred but not mandatory
- Confident, disciplined, and comfortable speaking with clients
