(3) Filter Screening And Shortlist Of Applied Candidate And Inform To Candidates Companys Profile And Vacancies In Brief.

(4) Search Suitable Candidate Database For Client Requirements From Various Types Job Of Portals

(5) Export Candidate Data Base According To Company Requirement And Handover It To Telecalling Department For Shortlisting Candidate

(6) Schedule Interview For Both Side Candidate And Company

(7) Inform Candidates To Visit Our Office For Basic Interview Preparation On Interview Day.

(8) Candidate Interview Line-Up And Take Feed Back Of Interview From Candidates And Companies Side.

(9) Complete The Joining Formalities Of Selected Candidates

(10) Regularly Communicate With Companies And Candidates
